Funny Quotes
1. Jay (about call centers for websites who sell really cheap merchandise): "Plus they're charging you like five bucks a minute for the call."
Rebecca: "Then they give your fortune."
Jay: "I predict you will love all of these products."
2. Jay: "Steve you know what? Just do this, wait, wait about a month or so. I'm in negotiations with this guy from Zaire in Africa. He's sending me 20 million dollars if he uses my bank account. Ya I sent him all the information he hasn't called me in about a week but I'm waiting for the call and you know, I'll buy you whatever you want for christmas."
3. Steve: "Someone raised interesting ideas such as sending generation ships to other solar systems. You could also send, at least one science fiction novel I read about this and the others have speculated, one way that we could colonize other solar systems is by sending esentially frozen embryos to other systems and then gestate them there and raise them by robots and computers on the other side."
Rebecca: "Oh there's some happy kids. Thanks mom!"
4. Jay (after Bob considers Steve's idea of sending frozen embryos to populate other star systems): "Wait Bob, Bob, Bob. Stop. Just stop. Think about what Steve just said and trip out on how horrific it would be to be that guy or girl that wakes up being raised by a robot and there's like two other people around. And you're living in a freaking pup-tent in another solar system, and they tell you, the robots say to you. 'Hey, a hundred light years away, there's this tricked-out planet and they've got all this awesome stuff and everything. I'll tell you right now, they're not sending a playstation over there. You know what I'm saying?"
5. Rebecca (about alledged bigfoot hair with no DNA): "So next time you run into a sasquatch in the woods. Pull it out by the root people! Otherwise we can't tell. Good to know."
6. Rebecca (about listeners sending in if "guys" is used for both genders in their area): "Why did we get started on that?"
Jay: "Because everyone's afraid of you Rebecca, they don't wanna piss you off."
7. Jay (about IDers): "So what do we do with them? What do we take them out back, smack em around a little bit, throw hot water on them. What are you talking about?"
8. Steve: "I challenge my challenged skeptics to figure out which one is the fake."
Rebecca: "Did you just call us challenged?"
Steve: "Did I? Did I out loud?"
Rebecca: "I'm pretty sure Steve just insulted us."
9. Jay (after Bob just gives a one word answer for Science or Fiction): "I'm gonna be Bob tonight." (And goes into detail about every science or fiction item)
10. Jay: "Don't you dare apologize to me because I'm stupid."
11. Steve (about iPod selling a lifestyle, not a product): "You're someone who uses an iPod. You're cool. And you can dance apparently. You have a great silhouette."
12. Jay: "It's because you're very well read and you remember a lot. Very smart girl. You know, not much of a looker but you're very smart."
